which spark plugs

2007 Chevy Monte Carlo SS
I'm getting new spark plugs and going with NGK iridium. Just don't know if i should go with the tr6 or the tr5?

I used tr6 because that was the recommendation I got a few years ago when I got the car tuned.
they've worked well I believe. No problems.
