Prevent DIC From Dimming? So I have an 06 GP GXP and had to replace a cracked upper dash. In the process, I damaged the light sensor and the lights come on automatically all the time.
I was going to ask how to disable automatic headlights, but I usually turn my lights on to make my car more visible for safety sake.
The one thing I don’t like is the DIC dimming. It’s hard to see in the day time. Is there a wire I could cut on the back to prevent it from dimming?
I’ve done similar with radios to stop them from dimming, I was hoping there was something similar with the DIC.
