I have an Impala SS 2006 and after an oil change it started making a rattling noise coming from the engine. It's neither towards the bottom or the top but the sound seems to be coming from the middle. 10w30 Oil was put in it and it has about 195000 miles on it. Anyone know what it might be?

It would be best to hire a professional tuner right from the start instead of chasing down the problem using parts that much I'd recommend.
