Ok, now about the weights on GM.com
GXP 116lbs more than the SC GT ??
This is with the inflation kit on the GXP too, [no spare tire] ?????????????
Where is this extra weight coming from ?

This is all pure guesswork from me, but could be a combination of heavier (leather) upholstry, extra electronics for stabilitrak and other gadgets, upgraded braking components, upgraded suspension components, bigger exhaust, and a bunch of other small differences. Remember that the GT doesn't have nearly as many things standard, which the GXP does. Those all get factored into the GXP weight. Plus half the time I think the published weights are just rough guesses at best.
