i jusy put on a kn intake the same 1 that fits the impala ss it works and a catback exhaust from magnaflow and got a diablo sport tunner for my 2006 monte ss boy does this sucker go now it was on the dyno i got 365 hpower not bad for now

They will run anywhere from a mid 13 to a mid 14. It depends whose driving and how you launch. Motor trend and car and driver's tests are usually slower than the car really is.

Can you post something showing this please. Not trying to call you a liar, but picking up 65HP from just an Intake/catback/tune seems almost impossible. I could see maybe 25HP but 65 is crazy. That and if you car was making 365(I'm assuming this is CHP) that's like 290 at the wheels, My Comp G makes about 300 at the payment and is good for low 13's (13.4's on street tires with a 2.3 60'). That would be really nice to see a GXP be able to knock on the 12's door without the giggle juice but I don't see that happening without a cam change.
