Some things I'd love to see come out performance wise:
1. STS turbo kit (or other forced induction system)
2. Decent TCM programer
3. True Duals exhuast
4. Headers
5. Heads/Cam
6. Better CAI options (I have the K&N....not my favorite
)7. Decent springs/struts than lower the car
8. Intake options (FAST?)

If I had to estimate gains they would be more like:
245 Stock + 10-15 for exhaust and CAI + 5-10 for tune ~ 265
Intake-10WHP
Catback-10WHP
Tune-13-20WHP
Headers if someone would ever make them-15WHP
That would be around 290-300WHP without opening up the engine any. And if rockers/pushrods/springs are good for around 15WHP then that would give you 310-315WHP without a cam.
