I feel pretty dumb, i had one pass me today and realized it wasnt a Grand Prix, i never realized they made the bonneville gxp. I've seen them before just never paid enough attention to them to realize they were two different cars, but out of curiousity when did they make them and are they about as fast as the GP? I personally think the Bonneville looks better as well

They Bonn gxp had a 275 hp northstar (cadilac) motor, so they are not as fast as a gp gxp with a 5.3. I don't know/care exactly what year they stopped making them (05 or 06 I think) but they only made the the bonn gxp the last couple of model years.

They caught my eye a couple of years ago, thought they had the look and the power, but the car was vetoed because one of my friends thought it looked like a car her Dad would drive.
Still think they are good looking cars, good power in a large sized vehicle.

I just bought a brand new leftover 05 Bonneville GXP, traded in my 2000 Trans Am on it, and couldn't be happier. They are pretty quick for their size, and that northstar and 4t80E are a smooooooth combo.
