Corny, I believe I heard a while back you were complaining about your 1/4 mile time. How heavy are the rims on your car. I heard once that with each 100 pounds or so on the car you lose 1-2 tenths of a second in the quarter mile. Some of those Rims from Tire Rack are heavy and could negate the upgrades you've done on your car. Those rims look like they really heavy one's that weigh about 30+ pounds a piece. Conversely I wish we could get Titanium rims as they can weigh as low as about 8-10 pounds a piece. You could probably run low to mid 13's with that type of setup.

Corny & I have discussed downsizing before...probably when he first reported those times. He "claims" he'll go back to 18s at some point...we'll see
LOLI'm stuck on the fence now, between performance and overall look. I've been saying that i'm going to stick with 18s and go all out with performance (eventual engine upgrades and such), but i can't keep my eye/mind off 20's. One of the 20s i'm looking at is 37lbs, so i know if i go that route i can kiss performance buh-bye...the other is 32, i believe. I think i was adding 10lbs per wheel/tire when i was done upsizing (in my mind) with the wheel/tire setup i really want.
Luckily, having no money is keeping me from having to make this very hard decision.

I'm probably going for Kuhmo tires as my next tires. I like the fact that the tires can take up to 51 PSI's compared to 44 PSI's with the RSA's. And they handle a lot better from what I hear and last a lot longer as well.
