What mods are worth it?
Personally, I'd say a Hogan 3" down pipe. It's only 100 bucks, but it's not a bolt on so you'll need to have an exhaust shop weld your cat to it. I would recommend that you have them remove the u bend as well. Hagan sells the U bend delete pipe and it's real cheap to. After completing these mods a cat back exhaust system should be next. Magnaflow's got a real nice kit out for around 500 thats a true bolt on. Just remember to get rid of the restrictions ahead of the cat for true gains. The stock down pipe measures just under 2.25 inches at the cat inlet and the u bend restricts the flow even more. Get my point? With a complete exhaust, including the down pipe and u bend delete you should get about 20hp at the wheels. Don't believe the Magnaflow 22hp at the wheels claim many here will agree that those numbers are exaggerated.

Hogan makes a DP with a high flow cat for ~$289, and it comes with the U-bend delete, and it is a true bolt-on. No need to tell this guy to do things he doesn't need to, esp at prices that aren't realistic.

I would say, get the K&N CAI, Magnaflow cat/back exhaust, res removal pipe from Hogan along with the High flow cat downpipe and the HP Tuner. Learn how to turn your car the right way and you will be golden...!!!

You can buy the down pipe that fits the stock converter it just needs to be welded and why replace the cat for extra bucks? I can get the pipe and u bend delete for 160 and have it all welded together for 50 so we're looking at 210 total. The shop that I'm going to is willing to make me a 3" u bend delete pipe with with 3" pipe out to the rear split for 100 so I'm going that route, with the down pipe. About 250 with tax fellas. I'm also going to have them weld in a QTP 3" electric cutout at the end of the straight pipe.
