I got mine from PFYC.com. It's on the GTO side and your ordering it for a LS2 (so 05/06 GOT).

You need B on that page. I've been running this for over a year with 0 problems. Keep in mind to take full advantage of a lower temp. thermostat you need a PCM flash with lower fan turn on times.

I talked to SLP today they need us to start e-mailing them and calling and they will start
making what we want. They said we are not going after them if we did we would have a lot more mods available.

Or...you could just add a shim like I did on my LS7 (I used a BB from a pellet gun) as described here http://teamzr1.com/modstat.html

The stock thermostat from the Ls4's are identical to all the Ls1's that were built after 2000,Ls6 same,Ls2 same,Ls3 same, Ls7 same, my 2004 Sierra GMC 5.3 same...........GM uses same thermostat for all its small block v8s......don't know about the 4.6 and 4.8 v8s maybe different, again I'm only talking the 2000 and newer v8s.
So whatever engine you buy it under it will work.
Because I bought mine at Shucks under 2004 Ls1 GTO and it works.

our stock t-stats are already 180* units...
I don't think going to 160* will give any benefit, in fact, it may make it worse - cuz it'll stay open all the time and have the coolant flowing constantly and not giving it a chance to cool down in the radiator...
