How to remove upper and lower grills?

How do I remove the upper and lower grills from my 07 Monte?
Does the bumper have to come off to remove the lower grill?

I also noticed the black portions of the ground effects seemed to be fastened in (push pins). Has anyone tried removig those?

BTW: Anyone selling the stock grills from their SS (top and bottom)?

I had upper & lower billet grill on my Impala SS, I had to take off the hole freaking bumper to do it properly. Because you had to screw the billet grill to the factory one with screws and clips.

Did you see my response over at NAIOA?

Don't know about the Monte, but with my Impala, I didn't have to remove the bumper.
