Default The Hogan Familly

The past 2 months I've had a bug up my bubble buns about the exhaust... And the car in general. Been wanting to finally make it my own via my personal touches. I just ordered the Hogan 3in catted down pipe and should be here by the end of the week. As of now I got the sound and volume I want, but I need that low frequency rumble.. Like what my Old '94 Z28 used to do. I'd like to think this single wall 3 inch down pipe will get that going. After that there isnt too much else I'd want to do... Transmission cooler, STB kits and a computer tuner....I'd like the GM trans cooler kit but maybe I can wait fora police Impala to show up at the yardesss or just pay the $80. Handling is fine for me but that GM stb kit is priced to sell. An tuners... well the one i'd like to use is user freindly but lacking in transaxle support and the other I think is alittle much, price and capabilty for what I'd like to do, would like to get a colder thermostat but I gotta be able to control the fans... So I don't get i'll get yet another sound clip when I get it installed.

Quick question, do I need to get a new gasket for the catalyst to exhaust or will it be fine to reuse?

I always like to replace the gaskets, cheap insurance for $5 a gasket.

Before you pull your hair out on the exhaust note, pull the back seats down and take a drive.

These MCSS's have 10x the insulation the Camaro had. Just about everything was stripped on the Camaro to make it as fast as possible for the 90's. Compare the seats ...

I hear every pebble hit my Camaro even with the GMMG exhaust.
