cleaning throtle body?

cleaning throtle body? so i could be wrong but we have electronic controlled throttle right? so how do u get the butterfly's to open with no linkage so u can clean it?? im installing my k&n so i figure i might as well clean the TB and the MAF
update: well turns out its not like my old ford lol. after i got to it the butterfly is easily accessible to reach
the k&n is in and i like it!!

Glad it's all working out for you. As you found, the plate is right there and with a little pressure using a screwdriver or the handle of the ratchet you were using, you can push the plate open and clean it by hand.

i guess a screwdriver would have been better lol i just used my hand and sprayed the **** on my figers a bit. oh well. that intake sounds nice though. speaking of sounding nice i found an 06 at the dealership that had magnaflows and that car sounds amazing
