New Imp SS owner here! What modds? Hello!, Well I not new to the forum or the lsx cars, I am new to a Impala SS I just picked up for a DD. I have issues and want ot modd the car already. What would/ have you guys done thats worked? Interested in gains from each mod too. Anybody put spray on these things? I know the engine will handle it but what is the week link?

Just look through the first couple pages in this section...there are plenty of threads already addressing this issue. If you're thinking of a specific mod, the search function is your friend.

Not sure if that does anything. but anyway, start with intake & exhaust of your choice, then possibly begin tuning with HPt. Also, grab a set of STB's from Donrome/Flip from www.GPONA.com (unfortunately, Flip is remodeling his workspace so he can't do the modified front bar ATM) After that, work on the engine internals, if you wish, and possibly look into a shift kit.
