Do you have to buy both mounts, or do they sell them single
Send support an email and they will sell you just one.

1-Take the 2 bolts out remove the dog bone,2- put the bolt back in the rubber mount and tighten it down (TIGHT) 3- put your 2 15mm socket wrenches on the bolt and rock it back and forth to break it loose then spray some wd-40 on the rubber mount to lube it up then you rock it back and forth till it flips, the windows on the square rubber mount should be faceing up & down

I did the motor mount flip, and I do notice a difference. There's a tad more vibration felt in the car, but not too much. When I leave from a light, I notice I don't have to press the gas pedal as far down to get it moving. I did a little 30 mph pass and it took off with less hesitation than before. It's a 10 minute mod that's totally reversible. Try it, and if you don't like it, then flip it back.

I did and I do feel a difference it's not huge but it's alot better as far as throttle response. I'm really happy since it was free.

Mike, i think you just don't drive often enough to soften up the stock mount As my DD, mine's pretty well worn in and I've never felt a vibration from it.

Hey, i also just flipped the motor mount in my Impala. How tight should the nuts/bolts be on the dogbone and the base that connects with the dogbone? I basically used all my strength to tighten them. Anyone know if this is fine and doesn't matter much or should it be set to a certain torque number ??

Thanks.

Sh*t, i have overtightened the bottom screw (below the two main bolts that connect the base with the radiator support) a little too much, and now its not tightening at all. I think i might have messed up the screw threading below it. It dont think its that major though b/c the two main bolts above it are the ones holding everything in place.
