Tranny Issues?

Tranny Issues? I have an 06 Impala SS and recently it seems to be indecisive when making the 1 to 2 or 2 to 3 shifts under WOT. It is kinda shaking or hesitating if you will between these shifts. Obviously I need to get it to the dealer but I'm wondering if this is definetly a faulty tranny or if it could be other parts, the torque management system, software etc.? What issues have been seen with these cars and tranmissions, I knew it was a concern when I bought the thing and now it looks to be a reality.
noticed it once before I had it flushed, recommended at 30,000, now it seems to be happening more. If GM saw metal shavings would they have told me?

Same boat here. I've done nothing to the transmission at 34,500 and have the same shifting issues that you do. On light highway acceleration, it will stick in 3rd for a while and sometimes get lost. I also get the occasional 1-2 or 2-3 "indecisiveness" but not usually at WOT.

Mine is always at WOT and only the 1 to 2, I thought it was also the 2 to 3 but testing last night proved that wrong. I don't get the light highway issue, also the indecisiveness is may be over stating it a bit. It's more of a flutter ot jerking but the car still shifts relatively quickly. It is weird, warranty over in 6000 miles need to get it addressed.
