Look in the door jamb, should be a sticker either on the jamb or the door itself.

Mine is 29-30 when its cold and around 34-35 when my tires warm up.

Too much. Take it down to around 33-34 if your tires are warmed up.

I usually ran 32 when hot but when it got cold it triggered the tire pressure monitoring system **** "25psi"

My door jamb says 32 cold so that would be between 34-36 warm.

correct ^^^^^

you're ALWAYS supposed to check tire pressures when the tires are cold, before you move anywhere....
