Default It Happened To Me ... Pics Now Included

I joined Buffalo and Nacho, not as bad as Aaron and Sint3k though ...

Got rear ended today, wet pavement in a construction zone back-up by a Chevy truck, punted about 30 feet into the car ahead of me.

I'm really pissed, exhaust was shoved 1 1/2 feet under the car (we pulled it down last night); rear and front end smashed; wind noise out of driver door - hopefully uni-body isn't bent, as I really liked this car. What's bizarre is that my steering wheel it now in the 1:00 position to drive straight?

The only good thing is that I met a veeerrry hot brunette Sheriff who was also a bike cop and we come to find out we even had matching Glocks!!! (I'll admit to giving her my business card )

Apparently there was a 4 car pile-up and her partner (who was also hot BTW - they were hot like that show Pacific Blue) was trying to pull her away. My bro Dan was like - dude???

You guys are my brothers and I never really talk to personal, but I never thought I would meet a babe who liked guns and biking ... and was HOT!

Will post pics on Saturday ...

That sucks Kaz....hopefully the car isn't that bad. You were one of few people that had something positive to say about the car and truly loved it while the others cussed it out when it gave us problems.... Good luck bro.

Default Can The Monte Boys Check This For Me:

Here is a gap on both sides I never noticed in the black window trim, which I thought was flush before the accident:

It's on both sides

Dam! Not again!
Be careful out there guys.

Kaz, if they are going to give you a new trunk/spoiler. Let me know if you want to sell that rear spoiler.

That would have been sweet to get a photo shoot with the hot cops at your accident! LMAO (ouch my head hurts) thinking what that would have looked like to gaukers!

Me too - so I have a mild concussion and neck strain, want to puke when I move my head up and down, and apparently I babble.

But Dan told me that she gave me her work schedule and areas she patrols, I can't remember the conversation, but he did. I will look her up next week if she doesn't stop by my place.

Nice way to meet someone who has similar interests and isn't a lesbian.

Roger that - My car was picked up / she drove underneath the car, where most of the damage is. The spoiler looks ok, don't know if a screw boss is broken until it's removed.

Taillights are scuffed - hopefully not cracked and will leak. Thinking they will be buffed out.

Thanks guys - This is the 2nd W-body I've owned and has taken a beating and has survived. Was considering trading for a Cobalt SS, but if the uni-body isn't sprung I'm going to keep the car. Thinking it would have been much worse in a smaller car.

Just have some gaps I thought weren't there before the accident, mainly both door trims.

Surprisingly like crap to me ... rattles the Escort on the windshield - too much reverb off the road I think.

I'm getting the system replaced, but going w/o the resonator to see if it gives me the sound I'm looking for.

Thinking I want a 3" primary to the Y-Pipe, using the Hogan D/P.

Damn that sucks. What is it with these cars I think everyone here has been involved in at least one fender bender.

Your pics remind me of a typical NASCAR wreck. Saw Jeff Gordon sandwiched last year, and his car looked very similar to yours.
