Default purple ice

i just bought some purple ice made by royal purple. i plan on flushing my old coolant out and putting the purple ice in. does anyone know how many quarts of fluid our radiator holds? i need to know for the ratio of additive to water

you may run into a problem when flushing your system out, the fluid from your engine will need to be drained and to do this you need to remove two bolts from the engine, I only found the location of one

thats okay i'll figure it out. my friend has a lift and a flush machine at his work and they are gonna let me use it sometime this week. ill post where the location of the other bolt is. i should be able to find it. thanks for the info tho

so aaron, you knew how many quarts our radiator holds, now do you know how many quarts our tranny holds? im planning running royal purple there too

thats right, but if you just drop the pan you'll need 7.4 quarts
