problem... thinkin fuse

problem... thinkin fuse well i finally got my hp tuner in the mail and installed it onto my computer. went to hook it up to my monte and it said no power was coming from the car. and now none of the gauges on the dash work (speedometer, fuel level, oil pressure, and tachometer.) was it the hp tuner that caused it or was it a fluke that it happened at the same time.
which fuse could it be? nothing on the dash works. overhead light works, headlights work, radio works. any ideas?

The OBD II port is powered by the Onstar fuse in the secondary fuse panel inside the dash on the passenger side (well, it's that fuse on the 05 GXP's)
I've blown that fuse a couple of times, always when connecting the MPVI unit to the data cable if the cable is aready plugged into the OBD II port. This happens because the outer part of the connector is a ground, and occasionally you hit the power pin against the side of the connector.
I now make a point of hooking everything up first before plugging the cable into the OBD port.
