I still have the factory lights on my imp and they are the brightest fog lamps I've ever had. I have an Alero and a Focus both with fog lamps but they are miserable compared to the Imp. I won't be changing mine. I really prefer to drive with my low beams and my fog lights they are just that good.
Hard to believe that they're genuine Hella projectors yet only $80 shipped...always thought those were way more expensive.
Anyway, I installed my H11 HIDs in the fogs (since they won't work in my new headlights) and they're awesome. I just need to get the right H3c HID bulb in the headlights to match. Granted, a decent-quality HID upgrade is going to cost at least twice as much as those Hella's...
