I have the oval tips and the regular tips, the oval tips I bought brand new from GMMG and have only been on the car for about 4 months, they are in mint conditions. The I pipe has been shortened a little for the Mufflex Y pipe so you will either need to add a little piping to the I pipe or to your Y pipe, I have all the necessary hardware to install the whole system (SS band clamps and clamps for tips) $500 takes it with both tips, perfer local pickup, but if shipped, buyer will pay for shipping

My couzin may be interested, I'll have to get a hold of him to see. What do you think you'll get now? I was thinking about putting the similar style Summit chambered mufflers on my 79 Cutlass with a Gen 1 350. How do you think that would sound? It has mid-length headers, no cats, 2.5" X-Pipe system and exits after the rear tires. Would there be a lot of resonance? Thanks man

the 2.5 TD's should sound good with the chambered muffs, I would go with an H instead of an X if it was me, the H sounds a lot better with the chambered mufflers then the X, but that's just me

if it matters to everybody I can supply a peice of 3" pipe with the exhaust that will work for installing the car, it will be aluminized pipe so I would recommend welding the extension on your Y pipe and getting it expanded so the I pipe will slide into it.
