Default 00 LS1 motor

I'll be pulling the motor out of my 00 Z28 in the next week or so. It has 54,XXX miles on it, but it has a bad wrist pin. All that is included is the block, pistons, rods, crank and heads. This will still be assembled. The engine still runs and drives fine and has been running like this for about 1k miles, but it has a slight tap. Still has great oil presssure and doesnt smoke/burn oil. I'm not sure what its worth but Id say about $800.
thanks

I dont mean to hijack the thread but I think I may have a bad wrist pin as well. How did you diagnose it? What does it sound like and when does it do it? What RPM range?

It makes the tap all the time, kind dies off at higher rpms. Its not a deep. low knock like a rod. And its not a high pitch tap like a valve. As long as it is a bad piston pin, all you'd need to replace would be that piston (and rings & bearings if you want)

I'd say $1000. shipped to cover crating and delivery to the freight company.
