for .600 lift I believe less than 500 miles.

SOLD! To: 67Firebird455 - ARP head bolts pn # 134-3601 - used < 500
miles switched to studs.

$100 - 14 Comp Cams "R" lifters just order 2 more and
you're good to go. 500 miles before my motor nuked
and took out 2 lifters.
