I'll take the fast manifold shipped to 36111 $600. + frieght.

will I get the coolant tubes for front & back?

can I still use my stock TB?

where can I get the Button Head Bolts ?

You won't be able to use your stock TB.
fast does not supply the coolant tubes you need.
(get from GM dlr for 02-04 lsx motors)
bolts should not be to hard to find from a good nut and bolt place.

I believe so but, from what i have seen posted, the 90 is the better way to go..
as far as HP goes, think most are claiming 15hp or so increase.

the stock TB does work with the fast and HP increase depends on your tune, and head/cam combo. it can range from 10-30 hp
