I answered you in the PM about the pics.

About the rasp, I actually did have some. It was right around 2500rpm. I didn't understand it though, because before I got it people told me that Hooker had the least rasp of all of the catbacks, and most said they didn't have any at all. That's why I got it. I still had some though. I think I may just have a really raspy engine (or need a tune badly) because I got duals, and those are supposed to have NO rasp according to everyone, and I still have some. So that makes me think my engine is just very raspy.

But anyway, short answer, yes, I did have some. lol

man i want exactly what you have but need to conserve my money. Ive been trying to trade my custom "Magnamouth" catback for a hooker, cause mine is too loud.

It would be cool if we could work something out

speed, funny response. Anyway, now Im kind or conserned getting a hooker catback if you say you still had some rasp. I have a TON of rasp but I also have the rapernator...I mean loudmoth, lol. I also want to quite my car down too so I think the hooker will be good for that. I would actually like duals too but they arent exatly quiter, they do sound nice though.

My duals are actually not much louder at idle than the Hooker was. After that it gets loud quicker, but at low rpms it isn't bad. I would actually say it is still quieter than your loudmouth. I would actually look into them. I'm glad i did. I was very happy with the sound level from them. I was worried that they would be too loud coming from the Hooker, but it is actually just right for me. I would say if you want quieter it would be a good option as long as you got the right mufflers(not bullets, lol). Mine is out the back though too, which probably helps some with the noise level.

And mvolps22, I'm going to try to go home to get some pics tomorrow if I can get time. I'll probably just post them on here so everyone that has asked can see them.

No that's fine. I actually had a local shop do it for me. I had to go to a couple before I found one that even said it was possible. He really knew what he was doing though. I had to buy the mufflers separately, but if they wouldn't have been back-ordered from him it would have cost me $700 + whatever tips I end up choosing. So after I sell this catback it will have cost me just about $400.

I don't know where you are down in Texas, but I know Louis from LG used to be the president of our car club here and I know they do duals there if you are anywhere near them.

I'm really sorry it took so long for these pics guys... Finals week and living away from home where the exhaust is ftl... I finally got home today to take some quick pictures with my phone. lol. Anyway, here are some pics of the only thing that is messed up on it. You can see why I said that I think a pipe expander would do wonders for it and make it back to normal.

This is the connection over the axle. One pic of each side of the connection.

I may be interested in buying the hooker, but I really don't know anything about installing exhaust. Do you know how much a shop would charge to put it in, or is it all bolt on? I'm leaving to drive home from school (in arizona) on Tuesday so I could drop by and pick it up.

It is really easy to put on. It was the first modification I did to a car ever. All you have to do is unbolt the old catback and get it out of there, put this in its place, bolt the pipes together with some clamps and bolt it to the hangers.

Ok, sorry it's taking me so long to respond to stuff guys. I didn't think summer was supposed to be this busy. lol. I also didn't realise going back home meant all the sudden having stuff my parent wanted me to do for them... haha.

Anyway, I'm trying to find a pipe expander right now, and I thought I rememberd someone saying Autozone rented them, but I called and they don't have them. Does anyone know where I can find a pipe expander?

If I can find one by tonight I'll just take some pics of the system as it is right now.
