Just wondering if those are the tan leather seats that were suppossed to go with the sale of my car that you stole from me? Just so everyone else knows I have filed theft charges on this seller since I bought his car and ALL stock parts for 21K. I drove 2K miles from ND to NH for my cousins funeral and he told me when I called him from NH that he changed his mind and he sold the car too cheap so he's not giving me the parts I PAID FOR. Just a warning. Very disappointing after driving 2000 miles and not getting what you paid for.

I never received a bill of a sale, I received a receipt for the 21,000 that my father left with you since I was in ND. This is definately the proper way. By warning potential buyers that you said you'd hold the parts for me since my father had heart surgery and couldn't lift them and you told me him and my mother that you would, I am hoping to warn potenetial buyers so you don't screw them also. And so everybody here knows, this is not a joke, theft charges gave been filed since I paid for the car and parts. I as of today have yet to receive a bill of sale or the parts that i paid for which are camaro seats, the stock rear end, and stock radio. So buyer beware.

 

Ok let me start by saying you obviously misunderstood what i meant by "handling this the proper way". you do not slander someone on a public forum even if your claims were true. You can certainly warn potenial buyers if you feel the need for sure but you do not slander in the manner that you did especially after you sent the cops to my house and after their investigation they dropped criminal charges that you charged me with. You got what you paid for and that was 2000 camaro ss convertible with 6,852 miles on it that i paid 36k for new and then added 15k in aftermarket parts as is (or in your words the way it sits) like the bill of sale stated your father accepted over a month ago and you have for 21k so before you slander me anymore on this forum handle this properly. I know i will deal with the slander properly.

I sold you the car they way it sat in your words for 21k that was the original deal at 11pm the night you bought it. the following night you called and asked if I had the stock parts for the car and I said yes I have them and I said if you bought the aftermarket headers and brakes that were not on the car when you father looked at it i would throw in the stock seats and stock rear and the service manuals I had but over a month later you have made no mention of buying those parts since.

by the way the car is listed for 18k stock at the link below and i was asking 28k for car as is plus parts that were not on the car (another 10k easy) or 25k the way it sits or as is and I came down to 21k because thats all the bank would finance for you for the way the car sits or as is

I would be more than happy to give you "all" the stock parts and 3k back in return for the 15k in aftermarket parts that are on the car now

 

By the way none of what I said was slander, it wa the actual experience. The events that have happened, and you got your say so I was merely warning potential buyers. Despite how angry and cheated I feel I did not resort to insults or harsh words, merely what has happened. And you told me you would hold the brakes and headers for me if I wanted them. They had nothing to do with the stock parts. Your exact words on the phone with me and I quote you "I changed my mind, I was thinking about it and I sold you the everything for so cheap that I no longer want to give you the stock parts". Now you can dispute this but this is what you told me when I called to ask when I could pick them up.

 

just like you said i told your dad you could borrow my plates until you got your car registered because you got in late friday and couldnt register it. Let me think i let you borrow my plates god fordid you hit and kill someone and they sue me because you are using my plates illegally. No way i said you could borrow my plates no way i would sell you the car for 21k with all stock parts included and when you called me about the parts i explained the original deal and said you dont think you got a good enough deal and I said the parts were at my dads house (because when i bought the car and removed the stock parts i was living at home still and thats where they are stored) and then i started to remind you of the secondary deal after the sale of the car and let you know you havent mention holding your end of that and you hung up and called the cops

and as far as i am concerned calling someone a theif on a public forum is slander

so like i said at the start if you want to discuss this further handle it the proper way because i am done talking

This is the last I will say, and let the people here read and decide, but i never called you a thief I told everyone I pressed charges for theft, because I did, because you stole my parts that I paid for. That is what happened and those are my feelings. Nothing above is false. My father said you told him you'd leave the plates on, you said you didn't say that I said no big deal...misunderstanding between you and him. But in this case you have me, my father and my mother all on seperate occasions hearing you say the same thing. Not only do you have my parts but my father was going to take them home when he picked up the car but couldn't lift them due to heart surgery. You said they'd be safe at your house. I know you'll argue against all this, so I'm done with this thread, I just wanted to warn people. And that I did. So goodluck in life, a I don't see how you could wake up and stand seeing your own face in the mirror, knowing you screwed somebody that's in the military fighting for your freedom to screw people everyday. The receipt also says nothing refering to "as is", and only says receives 21,000 for payment and that was written to my father. Did my father buy the car and parts? Last time I checked it was me buying the parts and the car and you could have overnighted me a bill of sale like I did with the check to you.

 

why dont you post a picture of the bill of sale or "receipt" to clear things up show facts not he said they said and then let everyone decide. and as far as the plates how come if that was your fathers ubderstanding about what i said of the plates he didnt mention that as i removed the plates from the vehicle when it was delivered. your dad picked the car up on your behalf as well as looked at the car on your behalf and if my intent was to screw you i would not of sent you a list of everything on the car at the time your dad looked at it and could have given you something other than as it sat at the point and time your dad looked at it but i did not you got what you paid for nough said.

 

I dunno why he didn't tell me about you taking off the plates. Why are you so hung up on the plates? I got in town and was excited to drive the car up the block. What's the big deal with the plates? You said you didn't say that, I said ok. That has nothing to do with my parts I don't have. And I just built this comp for my parents they don't have a scanner. He did not inspect the car for me he just got it out of your place...apparently before you started changing your mind some more and stripping it down, who knows if I left it there any longer I may have only had some tires left to roll around and make vroom noises with. You did not send me a list of items on the car when my dad looked at it you sent me a list to talk about pricing when I sent you the first PM forever ago. Like I said I am done with this thread, why don't you post a picture of the receipt? Oh cause you don't have one, every car I have ever bought and/or sold I have always had copies of the BoS. Funny how you don't have one and this reciept has no ones name on it. I was brought up to believe that a gentleman's word is good enough to go off of but I guess not.

 

i am going to need a shovel soon send your pay pal email and i will email you gas money and the the money to have it scanned in and you do not need a scanner just a digital camera. you know if you post the bill of sale your story is toast. the cops knew it the night you had them come to my house on false charges for parts you never owned had or saw nor did your dad or your mom and i never said they would be fine here because they were never here ever so posting the bill of sale or "receipt" will clear the smoke

This is useless, arguing back and forth, I'm done bickering online with you, I'll see you in court. I said what I needed to say on here, I'm not the one selling parts twice. At least I can sleep at night knowing I'm an honest person. I mean who buys a 1 of 3 camaro with 7k miles and not get the original parts in the deal...

 

you could have the car was listed for 28k with everything i have aftermarket and stock or 25k as is and 18k stock and i came down to 21k as is because thats all your bank would loan you on the car

 

Cause the car wan't worth 21k no bank will loan more than the value of a car...sigh and again...it was 21 for car and stock parts...

 

....this is why you should always make TWO signed copies of a bill of sale. One for the seller, one for the buyer.

Also, if you bought/paid for a car "AS-IS" and left the scene without a signed agreement of outstanding items owed, shame on you. You have no legal proof of this transaction unless it is in writing.

Sounds like both of you need to learn how to document large purchases better.
