I'm assuming these would fit on my 02 Z28?
Did you have any issues with fit/rubbing/wiring in your car?
Will these bolt up to my factory catback?

yes they will fit
not issues the clear everything on my car just fine.
and they should fit right up.. Is tour pipe for your catback 3"?
