Just found these on Ebay... looks like they have repairable damage but they are brand new... just thought i'd pass the word along in case anyone is looking for a budget pair...

Damn how long has he had those? That is an old set. They still have freeze plugs. They (AFR) uses a new casting, not stock cnc'd pieces now. Also what size heads r they? 205 or 225?

That's not AFR heads, they are LS6 style w/ the casting numbers ground off.

 

Those are Patriot Performance ported heads.

 

the they are trying get over. Look at the picture of the box in the bottom right coner of the photos. The box says Air Flow Research Heads

 

Call me crazy, but why spend 1800 on a set of heads that need work when you can get some heads new and complete from livernois or patriot at 2/3rds the cost? I dont see much of a good deal here myself; however, there are a set of 243 casting bare heads brand new for just over 300 on ebay right now.
