Default ls6 heads/cam stuff

I am selling the CNC ported ls6 heads that i bought from a local guy a year or so ago. here are the flow numbers I was given by LPE. they come with everything but springs
Intake Exhaust
200 153 120
300 228 171
400 276 205
500 294 220
600 314 225

700 plus shipping pending

the "seaberg" cam
comp xer
246/252 615/625 110
sold!!!

comp "R" lifters
also brand new but I soaked them in oil so i could install them but never did
sold

ARP 6 point head studs

Would the heads fit a .646"/.609" cam without flycutting?

i dont know if it would clear the stock pistons without fly cutting.
