these are GM gears for a 3 series carrier. great for you A4 guys.its a big jump going from 2.73's to 3.42s. i picked up 2 tenths just from the gear change..this was an extra set i bought from a member on her and was told they were new but cant tell 100% but are in excellent shape..45 shipped
