LS2 Short Block
LS2 6.0 Aluminum Short Block I am selling my LS2 6.0 aluminum short block in running condition. It has just over 80k miles on it. The block has a Comp XER287HR cam in it. The cam only has about 500 miles on it. Specs 238/240 .605/.609 112 (same as HPE S cam). The block will also include timing cover, timing chain, rear cover, valley cover, lifters, lifter trays, and also brand new LS2 timing set in sealed box. This motor was getting 24mpg untuned before I took it apart. sold

I can't believe you still got such great gas mileage.
How much power was this motor making?
don't know for sure. I could only estimate between 410-420 to the wheels. My race weight was 4120 and I made a 12.61 pass with a 1.7x 60ft. That was the only time I went to the track with it. I think if I would have had it dyno tuned it would have been low 12's maybe 11.9x with a lower 60ft. I was only able to tune it with my Predator. It got about 19mpg in town and 24 on the highway.
