There are cams that are drivable without a stall but none that will really improve performance without a stall. I speak from experiance on this. I was afraid of stall I went with a mild cam, car was no faster. Once I began properly supporting the cam though ity woke up in a big way.

If this is a repair and you plan on later adding the stall something like the Crane 227(210/224) or Lingenfelter 211/219 with both drive well with the stock stall and will perform well once you properly support them.
