Will this get me low 13's?.........
if you are having traction issues now, 4.10's could go one of two ways.
1. worse traction (lower gearing for first = higher stress on tires)
2. worse traction but making up for it in the top end.
i dont know if that would necessarily be the answer.
pulling the front sway bar would help for sure, but i still argue that some suspension upgrades would be most beneficial. LCA's shocks, TQ arm, etc.

4.10s can go either way but generally speaking the tire is spinning slower in that gear so with a good driver who uses his head he can get the tires to hook better with gears like that.
Speaking of breaking the 10-bolt, any moron who is dumping his car at 4500 on a ten bolt is asking for a busted rearend. Nobody ever said it was horrible to slip the clutch through the sixty-foot slightly enough so you don't shock your rearend. That's the reason guys like Fergymoto are making low 12 second passes and leaving pulling the front tires off the ground on a box-stock 10 bolt, their A4 trans put less shock on the rearend. It all depends on your driving style, if you put drag radials on the car it may stay together if your clutch has some slip or you know how to leave.
Believe me, unless you have some factory freak you'll crush the ten bolt on radials leaving hard.
Now there are a ton of guys chiming in saying their making low 13 runs with cat-backs but either it's a "big-fish" story or the weather and everything else in the world was on their side.

Impaled I do have some suspension done just a cat back as far as power goes. Car has 0 spin off the line.
TDavanzo Ive put hundreds of runs on 10bolts, havent blown one yet(knock on wood)
With 4.10 and a good clutch = boom
You can come check out my big fish story for yourself. Ran 13.32 yesterday!
With plenty of people to see it!

like i told you before i hope i can get close to that with my altitude & DA i have the mph for a decent pass but 19"radials are not happenin time to go to devcon-2-(16"drag radials)

I agree, with the other posters! Take it easy on your launches with the 4.10s and the M/T. I've been to the track with mine 3 times and on the 3rd time, the 3rd pass, my car dead hooked and broke! I haven't even looked at the damage yet! My best with the car and mods are in my sig. But pretty much Cat-Back, Gear and Drags
Tires before suspension. I know i'm an a4 but all I got r lca, 2 coils cut off stock springs, cheap monroes rear shocks, and a drag bag and i'm pulling 1.7. I know of a local guy running completly stock stock susp and he pulls 1.6 on motor and 1.5 on 100 shot.
I know the stall is helping out our 60s but we wouldn't be reaping the benifits of the stall without tires. All the susp mods in the world cant make u hook if u dont have the proper tires.
You have mph for very low 13s if u could get below 2.0 on the 60.
As for the 10 bolt, gotta pay to play.
