Default Headers for 95 impala

Looking to get a set of headers for a 95 impala, also a built tranny, does it have the 4l60e also? Longtubes would be preferable on the headers for the impala, but shorties would work if the longtubes are outrageous.

4L60, like malibu said. it's the same trans, without the electronic ****.

As for the headers, I'd assume you could do LTs, but it'd be a pain in the ***. DON'T GO WITH EDELBROCK SHORTIES/Y. You will regret it. Take it from me. I want Hookers so bad (that doesn't sound good )

Hooker makes a shorty system that comes over the valve cover kinda and its about 350 at some shops. I believe FLP makes a longtube for the Impala but its a lil pricey, like 1200-1300 but comes coated on the inside and out, air tube fittings, high flow cats and off road pipes for when you wanna switch them out, and all neccesary gaskets.....pricey but prolly the best setup your gonna find in my opinion.

that cat back isnt a problem, its the y-pipe that bolt to the headers that you would want to worry about. Call any of the speedshops that carry the headers and they should know. Summit should know as well, but sometimes you cant count on them.
