there is one small ding in the rocker panel...barely noticable...the hatch still seals well and i dont have ttops so no issue there...it really doesnt look like much was damaged as i was goin under 45 mph....

well if they total it im gonna buy it back...what do u think they will give me for it...it retails at 6280....anythin close to that?...think i can fight to get close to it if they try to low ball me?

when i had my rear quarter damaged it was about 1k, but i dont know how much the door will be, also you have to understand the insurance might value your vehicle less then you think.

for the age of the car it might be. you will need the rear quarter replaced and since it is a uni-body design, they will say it's significant structural damage.

you will need a new door and quarter panel, that's all it looks like.

i was t-boned on my passenger side and roughly the same area damage. i was able to save the door but needed a new rear quarter. it was marked as structural damage on the claim and when i pulled a car fax it said significant damage had occured to the car when it came time to sell it. luckily this was back in 2001 and the car was only 6 yrs old. it was not totalled...
