LSX swap

Hey guys im kinda in the debate stages of this and the only questions search has not answered for me is can i bolt my stock t56 and clutch right up to an lsx block or no?

NO. You cant bolt up a LT1 t-56 to a LSx style block without some major modifications.

No, you will need an LSX Clutch, and your T56 will need the LS1 Front Plate, Input Shaft and Bell Housing.

i have all that lying around besides the clutch ^ pm me if ya need it i bought a ls1 tranny for a lt1 when my second gear took a ****. its easy to do btw.

been considering doing the same thing. guy i know is selling a ls2 for cheap and it's sooooo tempting
