Suspension noise?.... and upgrade.

Suspension noise?.... and upgrade. Ok so I am new to the suspension game of z28's(mine is a 94). I have focused on the engine primarily
I have replaced my rear shocks not too long ago when now, whenever weight is shifted to the rear end, I hear this god awful sqeeking sound. More like a dry vibration. I loosened the torsion bar and drenched the rubber mount with silicon on both sides. The sound went away for about an hour before the sound came back. Does anyone have any idea as to what this could be.
If its any help, it makes the sound when I get in and out of the car, go over a speed bump(very slowly), and when at an idle roll, when brakes are applied the sound happens.
Please give me any ideas as to what this could be. It's pissing me off.
Could it be that I need new shocks?? I was looking into full coil over's.
Any suggestions as to what the sound could be caused from, or what type of suspension is recommended, I would appreciate it.
