Default best clutch for 400hp?

I'm goint to be finishing my lt1 build and am not sure what clutch to go with. It is an lt1 with AI 190cc street strip heads, and AI HR cam. Should be around 390-415hp with lt's and cai. PLEASE HELP!

i got a centerforce dfx with 630hp and its very drivable, im sure a centerforce dual friction would be more than good enough though and be a little smoother. both are great though

ive got a centerforce dual friction in the chevelle. it has taken a beating. the pivot ball came loose on the bell housing for the clutch fork and the clutch was staying engaged. that was over 4k miles ago and it still takes a beating.grabs hard with the m/t drag radials on, and all the wheel hop it has.
i also know of 3 other cars with400+hp sb and bb's with this clutch.

while im sure its overkill i love my street twin. pedal feels the same as it did with the stock clutch. pretty smooth driving but definitely wants to grab and go. when you look at what it comes with it doesnt seem quite as expensive. disc, pressure plate, flywheel, adj master and line up tool.

your going to get all sorts of advice. There isnt really one dependable option out there or everyone would have it. There are ups and downs you all your options also, do some research and you will find what appeals to you most.

I would say spec or ram.

I have the Hays Performance clutch. Its a "PIECE OF ****" It doesn't hold anything and my car is pretty much stock. Get the centerforce. I would have if i had known about this site before i purchased.
