Default water temp gauge help

i purchased a autometer phantom water temp gauge from a member on here but it didnt come with a sending unit what sending unit do i need to get this gauge to work also where do i put the sending unit to get the best reading but i also want my factory gauge to still work

summit has 3 different sending units which one will work for my 95 lt1 coolant temp sending unit ??

just kind of curious, but why are you wanting to water temp guages?

more accurate reading then the factory gauges AND IT LOOKS GOOD

when your car over heats its scary wondering if any damage was done to the motor my old motor over heated and the outcome was no good
i called autometer and they gave me a part number thanks guys
