Well I wouldn't go any bigger then 150. Some run 200 w/o problems but you just never really know. Nitrous Outlets Wet Plate set up is a super nice kit and you could even go with a 125 spray which would run you a extra 15 bucks I believe for that nozzel. 125 would be my first choice if I ran Nitrous. I'm working my way towards this kit.

I have seen retarded amounts of nitrous on stock small blocks. If the tune is correct a 250 shot is easily done, but to know your rings will be fine and the engine last a while, a 200 shot is about the most you want to run, 150 is the safe zone and 100 is just going to last forever. I ran a 200 shot on a 305 for 1 year before it died, it was only because of the fuel pump going out it leaned the engine to death.

I am also interested in spraying a 200 shot. I have been sprayin the zex 125 dry shot for like 2 years now and want to add a wet 100 shot stage. Do you guys think a walbro 255 will handle the job?

if you pm the guys that have N2o fed Lt1s they will tell you 150 shot all day will be finebut a 255 is strongly suggested. now when you step up to more spray your fuel system will need some mods such as:
fuel rail mods, fittings welded to the rail
braided lines from reg. to the rail
better FPR, like the aeromotive
if you do a search you will see a few variations of what i am describing.
i would be leary of hitting ANY HYPERUTECTIC piston with anything more than 175 even with an improved fuel delivey......
now that that is covered, the factory Lt1 intake will not allow you to safely run alot of N2O without sacrificing #8cyl. Baaaad things happen to this cyl. like leaning out.......so you can move on to a direct port unit(where each cyl. has its own nozzle) this will allow you to hit it with more spray etc......
question to OP why do you want such a large amout of N2O on a stock botom end? i would strongly suggest a shortblock buitl with good rods and forged pistons and instal main studs then spray the crap out of it!!!!
