The CC305 is a 220/230 cam which is only 2 degrees more duration on both the intake and exhaust. It is definitely not worth doing the swap if you already have the LT4 hotcam installed. If you want more out of your car and still want to pass emissions then you might think about adding all the bolt-on's you can before adding some spray. If you don't want to go that route, then you need to ditch the emissions friendly mindset and get a real cam. For an M6 you might think about something like a 230/236 cam.
it has also been proven that the stock cam can run as fast as 11.5 being a bolt on weight reduction car.....
duration at .050 is what really seperates the cams that you listed,the 306 specs makes this cam work higher up in the rpm which really needs to be a full bolt on car with gear etc. contrary to the 306,847 etc. cars a smaller cam would actually give better OVERALL performance but people still do it....so they actually have a car that sounds like a 10 second car that runs 12s
