Default Exhaust System

My car has a Before Axel dump, and I have been tossing around the idea of putting a full exhaust on her. She really does sound mean with the current set up. Any opinion's on why I should or should not get rid of the current setup?

Well the only reason to put a full exhaust on would be to quiet it down. It will lose a small amount of horsepower with a muffler. The best solution would be to put on a nice sounding cat back, like a Magnaflow and adding an electric cutout before the axle. Then you can sound nice and reasonable when you want to, and sound mean whenever you want to.

X2.

I've contemplated going true duals, but I like being quiet at times. So I've got a Hooker Aerochamber catback that I love the sound of, and a cutout for when I want to be loud

True duals here. Taken under the axle, to out back, with Flowmaster single chamber knock-offs. It's really not all that loud. And the sound is amazing.

Same here. For a full cat-back system, you really can't beat the sound, fit, and price.

Alot of people say high flow cats quiets the sound alot. It made my car a little more deeper when i had my hooker exhaust. Hookers do sound mean but they're really quiet.
