HELP! throttle cable install

so im going from a tcs throttle cable setup to a non tcs...just need help on how to install the new throttle cable. i bought the non tcs cable from gmpartsdirect.com and just need some help on how to hook it up, thanks!

kind of a PITA to do. here is a link that has a whole write up to do the TCS delete.
