It's very easy, support the tranny, remove the trans cross member, 5 bolts. Unbolt the old trans mount and replace with the new one.

i broke my stock one and got one from AZ w/warranty and broke 3 or 4 in one month on stock set up so i went polly and little rougher ride but no more breaks

I got the stock one from autozone and broke it in less than an hour after install.. I have a poly mount and TA mount and mine still vibrates like hell but a loss less after the torque arm mount.

Yeah, i bought the stock one from pepboys for $6 dollars. SIX dollars! Dude, on my E36 M3 a tranny mount was like 50 bucks for a stocker, and there was two of them.

pretty awesome. gonna swap it tonight.
