93 z28 gauges not working

93 z28 gauges not working

It's been a while while since i drove my z28 and would not start,
so i checked it and found that it was not getting fuel. i changed the
fuel pump inside the tank, and got car started running agian.
car runs good, but now the fuel always reads past full even when theres
not much gas in tank, also oil pressures is max and never moves, rpm's stoped
working to. does anyone have any suggestion. I think that it's my gauge cluster that is going bad.

The fuel guage reads off of the little float handle that is attached to the pump assembly. Sometime it can get damaged during the install of a new pump. But seeing as it's not the only gauge that is failing, I would look elsewhere. Maybe a fuse.

I checked most of the fuses all checked good.
but could not check relays. any idea what fuse or relay

There is really no such thing as most, its either all or none, considering it doesn't take long.

If the Oil Pressure is spiked, you have a bad ground, or the Wire going to the OP Sensor is broken.

OK. checked all fuses and relays still not working.
checked connection on the oil sending sensor, connection good w/ test light.
any other suggestion??? please help
i am really thinking its the cluster gone bad.
has anyone seen this before.
