Default recommend color for new paint
So i want to paint my car, its fading in some places...

should i stick with black? and colors in paticular that go good with these cars?

blacks always nice. i really like my white but if i were to shell out some cashish for paint id go with something real different like a rich purple

white and purple are two colors i cant do, along with silver


are there any like specific colors that these cars look good with? Like the color of the TA in the single turbo build thread?

My buddy darrell hoaglang has a TA thats purple. hard to beat that color on a formula/TA IMO

I like your color black.. I also like my dark green.. I am in the same process myself but wish I had the money to throw around for paint.. I would like to see a Hugger Orange

Black or Red will always look Kick ***! Good thing is your car is black so if you dont paint the engine bay it will still look ok.

your right about that! hugger orange is one of the hottest colors IMO. ive never seen a TA with it tho. itd look real sharp i reckin'

I think red is the best on our cars, but it does attract Cops more!

i'd definitely stay black. i'm getting ready to paint mine as well but mine will stay black. a guy i know has a 69 nova that he just got painted black...the painter used a different paint on it and his car looks like you could walk into it...its the most amazing black i've ever seen. that's exactly what's going on my car

I saw a 99 formula painted that C6 copper color the other day. It looked awesome. If u want i can get the code for you. Check out the color is looks amazing.

i have a black dumdumdumdumdum and i love it except i live down a dirtroad and keeping it clean is difficult. id go with black or nbm personally.
