Help!!! Fast!! I fot in an accedent in my 91 camaro i have custom parts coverage up to 3000 dollars...my insurance wants to total my car and the damage is't that severe.. what can i do to fight this problem cuz i want to fix my baby it's unfair that old cars get treated this way..how do i keep my car and fix it, how can i fight this unfairness

yeah i was rear ended in my 94 Camaro Z28 and it was totaled (air Bags deployed and front and rear end damage) My ins company appraised the car and gave me $6400 back and i bought back my wrecked car for only $300 dollars.
I went out and bought another 94 camaro z28 in the sig picture for $3K and swapped the whole driveline out of my wrecked car into my new car.
I unded up with more money for moding and the car only has 88K miles on it!
if its not bad just take the money and buy back the car and use the money to fix it! but then you will have a salvaged title so it will be hard to sell it in the future!
