The tips in tend to keep interior resonance down a bit, it supposed to be less "boomy"...and some say that it sounds a bit better too...Looks nice...a bit loud for my almost 40 year old ears, but its nice...When the loudness becomes too loud look at Edelbrock SDT 304s...They are 3 5/8" thick in the 3" version and sound awesome...

Angled those turndowns out to the sides. That should help a lot. Right now your sound is going straight into the ground and bounces right back into the car. I have mine angled out to the sides some and the only time i get any drone is right from 56-59mph when it is in OD with the converter locked.

Ill probably cut them off and weld them out. Def lots of drone in the car now. I think it will help alot.

I am VERY INTERESTED to see if you gained anything over the single 3" setup....something thirdgen.org has been interested in too....keep us updated!

I just read you have Dynomax Bullets. I have Moroso Spiral Flows. I'm not sure of the difference in drone between the two mufflers because I have never had bullets but I do expect angling them out to help out.
