Default p0372 help

the other day when i started up my car it took forever to start and when it finally did the tachometer was not working and I had a check engine light. Got out my scanner and it was P0372 Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Few Pulses....what does this mean? anyone know how to fix? thanks

You either need a new optispark or you need a new opti harness.

If your harness test good, then you should buy a new AC Delco/Delphi (they are both oem) optispark distributor.
The best prices around are from "thepartsladi" on Ebay. The go for ~$255. If you see anything for less, its not oem and it's a scam.
